1. About ClearedPath

ClearedPath is a career intelligence platform for cleared professionals and transitioning military service members. We aggregate job listings from publicly available sources, provide salary transparency data, career translation tools, and professional development resources.

ClearedPath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including but not limited to the NSA, CIA, DIA, NGA, Department of Defense, or any military branch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearedPath. By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these terms.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account
Do not share classified or sensitive compartmented information through our platform

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post, upload, or transmit any classified, controlled unclassified, or export-controlled information
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

5. Content and Data

Job listings: Job data displayed on ClearedPath is aggregated from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all listings are current, accurate, or complete. Always verify job details directly with the employer.

Salary data: Salary information is derived from publicly reported data, industry surveys, and user contributions. These are estimates and should be used for reference only. Actual compensation may vary.

Resume translations: Our AI Resume Translator and EPA/BRAG Sheet Analyzer provide suggested translations of military experience into civilian/contractor language. These are recommendations only. You should review and customize all output before using it in applications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on ClearedPath are owned by ClearedPath or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Content you submit (such as resume text for translation) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClearedPath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The platform will be available at all times without interruption
Job listings or salary data will be 100% accurate or current
Our career tools will result in job placement or specific outcomes
The AI interview prep feature will reflect actual interview conditions at any specific employer

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearedPath and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or career outcomes.

9. Subscription and Payments

When paid tiers become available:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
